Passive aggression. The cowards way to be brave.

June 11th, 2009Just..wow!
I hate people that put up notes like these, they are always small minded little Hitlers. I would suggest that the 6-month salary of the person that wrote this would be high enough to run this elevator non-stop for twenty years. You know what my solution to this problem would be.

You think this is Passive Aggressive? I guess I don’t see it… For them to get this point across without being passive would be to talk to each person face to face about the issue, which is unrealistic.
Regarding the issue… I think it’s a great message. I see so many fat/lazy people taking the elevator up one floor that it makes me sad. I think messages like this should be posted on all elevators. Just my thoughts…

I think it’s because it’s titled “Abuse of Elevator”. If it had been “Energy Conservation”.
Then again, it’s obvious that it’s passive aggressive, since it’s written in Comic Sans.

If I lived on the 6th floor I’d take the elevator to the 7th floor and walk down one flight. If I got pulled up I’d say “I live on the 6th floor, I took the stairs, what’s your problem?”
Either this guy would realize that I had cleverly stumped him or would call me a smartass in which case I’d punch him in the face and tell everyone he tried to come onto me and touch my penis.
I’m pretty sure people would believe my side of the story.
