We just launched an Ostrich burger with a Ginger Plum sauce at Murder Burger  - and it took me ages to do the instore artwork.  Turns out the bird I used as a reference was actually an Emu which is why the Ostrich looks like an Emu.  Only one person has picked it up so far and I’m not doing the artwork again because it seriously took me ages to do.
